The Wiltshire Dyslexia Association exists to:

• Provide information, advice and support to all dyslexics, their families, learning support assistants and teachers. We do this by running a very busy helpline, manned by volunteers, who train in educational matters surrounding the code of practice. They have a detailed understanding as to how the system should work, and what to do about it when it does not.
• Offer their best endeavors to ensure that dyslexics receive the education and support that meets their needs.
• Improve the understanding and provision for the dyslexia throughout Wiltshire.
• Identify best practice both nationaly and internationally and seek to apply this to Wiltshire.
• Run lectures to raise awareness and enhance understanding.
