Studio

A huge studio on the first floor provides elevated views in two directions across to Salcombe and down the sandy beaches and estuary below

The fantastic kitchen has views across the beaches and French doors on to the quay

Spacious work surfaces, table with seating for 10, dishwasher, electric double oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave.

There are also two separate twin bedrooms one on the ground floor and one on the first floor where their is a further room with two bunks

The bathroom on the first floor between the twin room and the bunk room has an integral curved bath with shower cubicle, basin and loo

There is a shower room, wash basin and loo on the ground floor just across the hall from the twin room

Quay and Grounds

Four private parking spaces with steps down to the front door via a quite unique waterfront terrace with wooden summer house, barbeque and outdoor table and chairs

There is private access to the beach at low tide and to the water at high tide, a mooring in the summer and a large sandy garden surrounded by a sea wall.

A separate patio has been added above the house to catch the morning sun.  This provides a sheltered spot perfect to read the newspaper or a good book

Boat House / Laundry

There is ample space to store and hang beach and boat equipment and clothing

Boats

Included in the rental between March and October is a five meter easy access motor boat, a 12' rowing dinghy and an 8' rowing dinghy.  Other boats can be arranged.

Further Information

Linen and towels for internal use but not for use on the beach are provided, central heating and electricity are included. The house is expertly serviced by our housekeeper, three cleaners, and our boatman.

Guests get free membership of Waves leisure located at the Marine Hotel across the water.  This includes an indoor pool, sauna and gym. (subject to closure for routine maintenance)

To keep our special houses and facilities at the very best standard, we are supported by a work force of house keepers, boatman and grounds-men when ever the houses are not occupied.  We have a no smoking policy throughout our houses and in our boats.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain the high standard of services, replacement of some items may not be possible at short notice.
